Guidelines for Financial Assistance

The WA Flying Disc Association (WAFDA) receives funds from the Department of Sport and Recreation to use for the development of flying disc sports in WA,the other main source of income for the Association is derived from it's leagues and tournaments.

The WAFDA Committee identifies ways in which these funds can be spent by setting annual and long term goals.
The Operational Plan outlines yearly tasks and development goals and the Strategic Plan is 3 year plan shaping the future direction of the Association.

In addition to funding development projects there are limited funds are allocated each year in the form of financial assistance to either WA Representative teams, Clubs or individuals in key focus areas such as High Performance, Junior development or Coach education to assist the growth of the Association and flying disc sports and foster personnel development.
