The WAFDA Board are looking for expressions of interest for a club or a member to host the WA Beach Ultimate Championships.
The event will be held at South City Beach on the 16th and 17th of December from 8am til 2pm.
Perth Ultimate League 64 will be postponed until the 24th of January. The league was supposed to commence on the 17th of January but the League Director position has not yet been filled. WA Ultimate apologizes for any inconvenience caused and we hope to fill this position as soon as possible. Teams may still register for Perth Ultimate League 64 and registrations will close on the 17th of January.
Western Regionals is the WA State Ultimate Championships. This event has been running in it's current form since 2007. This is WA's separate gender event and is also the recognised qualification tournament for teams wishing to compete at the Australian Ultimate Championships Division One and Two.
The 2018 Western Regionals was held at John XXIII, Mount Claremont on the weekend of 24-25th February. Congratulations to all of our winners across the Women's and Open divisions.
This event is the WA State Ultimate Championship event that has been running in it's current form since 2007. It is also the recognised qualification tournament for teams wishing to compete at the Australian Ultimate Championships or for those teams heading to Division II Australian Ultimate Championships.
WA Ultimate are hosting a Safe Clubs 4 Kids Workshop on the 4th of April. The Safe Clubs 4 Kids initiative encourages and supports the sport and active recreation industry to create and maintain safe environments for children and young people. Registration fees for this league are being trialled as a team fee rather than a player fee. This is to reduce the administrative work needed to follow up casual player payments. All players must still be registered on the AFDA website for insurance purposes.
