WA Ultimate proudly hosted the fourth annual High School Ultimate Championships (HSUC) on the 16th March 2017 at Britannia Road Reserve, In Leederville.

This competition has increased in size each year since the inaugrual event in 2014. This year having 12 teams across 3 divisions.

Competing for the championship title were the divisions; Year 7-9 Boys, Yeat 7-9 Mixed and Year 10-12 Mixed.
There was constantly amazing Ultimate, Spirit of the Game, friendships and fun displayed throughout the day.

A large effort was put in towards running the event from our staff and volunteers, a big thank you to the volunteers who spent their day setting up and helping run such a successful event.

This event is run by WA Ultimate, to encourage new involvement from schools who may or may not run Ultimate programs and to provide a state based School Ultimate Competition.

WA Ultimate are currently looking for an Communications Officer to assist WA Ultimate in achieving maximum positive media exposure for its events, programs and members. We are looking for a person that is well organised and a good communicator.

Members will be appointed by the Director of High Performance and the Executive Committee. The purpose of the WAFDA High-Performance Committee (HPC) is to develop, administer and improve High-Performance Ultimate in Western Australia. This encompasses the management of state teams and the continuing development of elite players and support staff in WA.

WA Ultimate is pleased to announce that registration for 2017 Witch's Hat is now open! Witch's Hat is a mixed gender hat tournament (names pulled out of a hat) where teams have a mix of players of all experience levels. The tournament is all about having fun and spirit of the game so don't miss out!
