This is the fourth and last in a series of clinics being run around Australia teaching defensive technique, throwing, and catching skills to women playing club or university level ultimate.

Over two days, we'll teach the footwork, positioning and movement skills you need to take control of your matchup and shut your player down. On offense, we'll focus on throwing and catching technique to improve your accuracy, touch, break throws and range.

Our current President, Cameron Boyle, has accepted an offer to study at Melbourne University and will be relocating to Victoria. On Friday January 30th professional international competitors will join Australia’s best Frisbee throwers at Seacrest Park to battle it out to be named the Distance Champion. The best bet is on the current world distance record holder from Germany, Simon Lizotte, who only recently broke the world record in the desert just outside Las Vegas with a throw of 263.2m. Other hot contenders include Jussi Meresmaa from Finland and Australia’s own Chris Finn.
