The WA Flying Disc Association (WAFDA) recently undertook a review and updated its constitution to be compliant with the Associations Incorporation Act 2015. The newly adopted Constitution review meets the requirements set out in the Act and sets up the WA Flying Disc Association (WAFDA) to perform well into the future.
The Constitution was approved by resolution by the membership as per the Special General Meeting held on June 15, 2020, and changes were accepted by the ASSOCIATIONS BRANCH INDUSTRY REGULATION AND CONSUMER PROTECTION (Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety) on 3 September 2020.

WA Ultimate is proud to present Phoenix Has Risen 2020 hosted by UWA Ultimate Club. This event is open to all WA teams wishing to take part.
All WAFDA members are invited to attend the 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM). This year’s AGM will be held in conjunction with the Phoenix Has Risen, State Mixed Ultimate Championships.
The Executive Committee is pleased to announce the appointment of Anna Haynes as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
On Saturday 3rd October, WA Ultimate will be holding their Annual General Meeting at 5 pm at UWA Sports Park after day one of Phoenix has Risen.
Phoenix Has Risen 2020 has been run and won! 113 players across seven teams competed over two days at UWA Sports Park.
A big congratulations to Sublime Ultimate Club X for taking home the shield followed closely by Sublime Ultimate Club Y.
