Opening
Apologies
Confirmation of Minutes of previous Annual General Meeting *
The reports of the Executive Committee
Consideration of the accounts and inventory of the Association
The election of the incoming Executive Committee (President, Secretary, Treasurer)
Appointment of the WAFDA General Committee **
Any other business requiring consideration by the Association

**Positions may (but not limited to) include Events Officer, Media Officer, Women's Development Officer, Youth Development Officer, Universities Coordinator, Coaching Coordinator, Volunteer Officer and High Performance Officer. Position descriptions can be found here .
