WA Ultimate is seeking to fill two vacancies on the High-Performance Committee (HPC).

The HPC is in place to develop, administer and improve High-Performance opportunities for Western Australian members. This committee also oversees the management of state teams and the continuing development of elite players and support staff in WA.

Key tasks of the HPC include

• Recommend HP staff appointments to the WAFDA Board
• Approve selections of players onto state teams
• Provide support and guidance for state team campaigns and manage the performance of HP staff
• Support the WAFDA’s strategic goals for high performance
• Regularly review existing WAFDA HP policies and programs
• Identify capabilities and develop training and resources for HP staff
