All Australian Masters teams will compete at the 2020 WFDF World Masters Ultimate Championships to be held on the Gold Coast, Queensland 5-12 September 2020.
Australia first sent a Master team to a world championship event in 2004, when the Australian Master Open team competed at WUGC in Turku, Finland. In 2012, the first Australian Master Women's team competed at WUGC in Sakai, Japan. In 2020, the Master divisions have now separated from the WUGC event for the first time, and excitingly, Australia will send two inaugural teams: Australia Master Mixed and Australia Grand Master Open.
