Thanks to Sport Medicine Australia, WA Ultimate hosted an introduction to Sports Massage workshop last night.

Our presenter, Seb, took us through key considrations including consent, etiquette and posture.
Then all participants worked through pre game, during game and post game techniques and considerations and enjoy quality time testing the techniques. The format was informative and interactive and everyone had a great time putting their new skills into action.
