WA Ultimate is proud to present Phoenix Has Risen 2016. This event is open to all WA teams wishing to take part and is recognised as the the official seeding event for WA teams wanting to qualify for the Australian Mixed Ultimate Championships to be held in Sydney on October 21-23. Thanks to the City of Mandurah and Sports Marketing Australia we are pleased move our event outside the metro area and allow all teams to make a great weekend of Ultimate on premium fields, private club rooms and of course increase the social side of the tournament as well.
When: September 10th and 11th (Saturday and Sunday)
Time: 9.00am – 5.00 pm (Both days)
Venue: Meadow Springs Sports Facility
Format: Mixed 4:3 gender split
Includes: Insurance, field/venue hire, Lunch both days, BBQ Dinner on Saturday night & social event, presentations.
Cost: $60.00 (one day fee is set at $35)
NOTE: Even number of teams will be allowed only. EG If there are 10 teams and an 11th enters they are waitlisted until a 12th team is accepted.
As volunteers have been pre-arranged for this event, all meals advertised are catered for at Phoenix Has Risen 2016.

Rules Accreditation
For Phoenix Has Rise 2016 all players on your roster MUST be STANDARD rules accredited and a minimum of 6 MUST have the advanced accreditation (this number must include your Captain).

Once you are sure that all players have a valid Basic Accreditation for when the championships start, and at least 6 have the Advanced Accreditation. If you already have current valid accreditation then you are not required to take the test again simply provide your accreditation number when requested from your captain.

Appoint a Spirit Captain
The Spirit Captain role is separate from the role of Team Captain or Team Manager and must be registered by September 5st.

Registration closes on the 30th August, payment is due by September 5th. (Any registration after these dates will incur a late fee)
