Opening
Apologies
Confirmation of Minutes of previous Annual General Meeting *
The reports of the Executive Committee
Consideration of the accounts and inventory of the Association
The election of the incoming Executive Committee (President, Secretary, Treasurer)
Call for discussion group members **
Any other business requiring consideration by the Association

Discussion groups may (but not limited to) include such areas as Events, Youth Development, Universities, Competition Rules and High Performance. If you have a voice in any of these areas WE WANT YOU TO BE INVOLVED!

Due to the approved changes to the WAFDA Constitution, members who are unable to attend the AGM can vote on their preferred candidate for each position available. These votes must be received in writing prior to the AGM. They can be posted to our head office or emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .  Members must include their AFDA membership number to ensure that their vote is counted. A list of nominated candidates for each position will be published on the WA Ultimate website shortly after the closing time for nominations.

The AGM is a chance for all members to be heard and to contribute to the direction of WA Ultimate. Your participation would be greatly appreciated.
