Beach World Championships 2015
The BULA & WFDF World Championships of Beach Ultimate 2015 (WCBU 2015) will take place in Dubai (UAE) over March 8 - 13 2015. Expressions of interest for those wishing to try out for any of the teams is 31st August 2014. Read on for all the details.
The divisions which will be run are:
1) Open
2) Women
3) Mixed
4) Open Masters (33 or older in 2015)
5) Women Masters (30 or older in 2015)
6) Mixed Masters (33 or older in 2015)
7) Grandmasters (40 or older in 2015)

We are now officially calling for player applications for the Australian national team in all divisions.
Given the interest level from the preliminary player EOIs in June, it is likely that Australia will only field a team in open, women's, mixed, mixed masters, and possibly open masters.
*If you registered in the preliminary player EOI you must do so again at the links below.*
This will be the most competitive beach worlds selection yet. Two selection camps in November, one in Sydney and one in Melbourne are planned. Players are expected to make at least one camp, but have the option of attending both. Players not able to make either camp should discuss their situation with the selectors (see names below).
Please register for *each* of the divisions you wish to try out for, and are eligible for, below. In the comments you should indicate your first preference.

The rough costs of the campaign are as follows:
player and team fees: 200 euros, $310
tournament hotel: $420 (about $60/night)
team staff (manager): $100
camp: $60 -- 80 per camp, including cost-share contribution
All costs are still to be finalised - this is just intended to help you in your budgeting.
The rough timeline is expected to be as follows:
Aug 31: close call for player EOIs, initial $250 deposits due, refundable if not selected
early Nov: first selection camp in Syd, exact date TBD, costs TBD
