Re:The future of PUL & SUL - 2008/05/19 11:13 I think that more leagues will be in place by the end of 2008, whether that be as more tiers of PUL/SUL or in different locations and times. And I think the spring is a perfect time to target such initiatives.
In a nutshell, the only thing I'd like to add is that rather than waiting for enough numbers or depth to develop, WA clubs (under direction/suggestion of WAFDA) need to be forced seek out players to continue to be competitive. This is what drives the uni teams year after year, and is what can drive the other clubs too. It is easy to be complacent about simply being in PUL.

Out of interest, has the clubs grant policy been made active? If so, could it be retooled for reaching recruitment targets?

Finally, will any of this be discussed tomorrow night at the AGM?
