It would be a tough sell, but is definitely worth a try.
The national life-saving championships have been held in Perth in 2007/08/09 - it would be worth talking to the organisers of that event to find out what advantages they found from having 3 consecutive nationals at the same venue, and how they managed to sell it to the rest of the country.
Certainly there would be great benefits to WA Ultimate, but I think we would have to come up with something more than just world-class grounds in order to get everyone on board.
I don't know what other longer-term benefits for Ultimate nationally that we would be able to offer as part of the package, this would be an important part of the proposal.
Are you volunteering to put together a proposal Mick?
