Cleats with studs - 2008/02/03 12:27 I saw a pair of cleats the other day with plastic blades on the bottom but also had metal studs (not spikes). these seemed as hard a plastic studs and were smooth. Can these be used for ulti?

The WFDF rules on equipment from 20007 rules are below.

4.3. No player may wear items of clothing or equipment that reasonably could harm the wearer or other players (e.g. wristwatches, buckles, sharp edges or long studs on footwear, protruding jewellery).

so I would recommend staying away from any metal on the cleats
